1: The seed of Self-Esteem:

Self- Esteem is an important quality to have because you should be your biggest fan. If you aren't going to believe in yourself, than who will? You should be the type of person who believe that you will be successful and recieve great things in the world. Self-esteem doesn't just come with thoughts about being succesful, but also opinions that you have about yourself from your physical apperance. You should be able to look in the mirror and tell your self that you look beautiful or handsome.

2: The seed of Creativity:
Quote: "Realeasing your creative energy." 

The seed of creativity is an important quality to have because you should be able to express the person you are with no obstacles. By being the person you want to be, you can have a happier life, and develop friendships. When you are creative you could get an interest in people, and find your path in life. For example, you may have friends now that you get along with, but if you open up that window of opportunity you could find new friends, and become more social. By being more social, you can learn from people, and their points of view.

3. The seed of Responsibility: 

Quote: "Whatever we sow, we reap." 

The seed of responsibility is important because you should take authority for the actions that you take. By being responsible you will recieve more attention towards people that are looking for people to recruite for a job. No one wants to work with people who do not come to work on time, and when they are here, they do not take their job seriously. They may be present on the job, but actions speak louder than words. With that being said, you should want to work with people that complete their tassks, and are professional throughtout the work day. Responsibility is something that is taught to you at a young age, to prepare you for the work field. As a student, responsibility is simply to complete your homework everyday. If you school has a uniform policy, then your responsibility is to follow that policy and the other rules that follow. In conclusion. people are responsible everyday, because it is simply a daily habit that you act upon. 

4. The seed of Wisdom:

Quote: "A large vocabulary--which implies broad, general knowledge-- characterizes the more successful persons, regardless of their occupations." 

The seed of wisdom is important because when someone is aware of certain things they could teach you. The majority of the time, people who have wisdom is because they have gone through things before and that specfic person reflects off of their experiences. When someone reflects off of their own experiences, it usually happens where that experience turns into their advice. When that tends to happen the other person basically states what they would have done differently if they had the chance to go back in time and fix it. 

5. The seed of Purpose: 

Quote: "The gold mine in our goals."

The seed of purpose is important because it gives a meaning to your goals and or life. Having a purpose to certain things gives you a perspective that could change within time. Everyones purpose or reason to complete somthing will be different. The main reason why it is so important is because anytime you want to achieve a goal the purpose willbe your why. Why did you set your mind to this? Why have you proceeded with this goal? if you ever feel the need to give up, simply ask yourself why you started in the first place. 

6. The seed of Communication: 

Quote: "Reach out and touch someone"

The seed of communication is important because you are able to gain skills that you could later use for the better. By having the opportunity to talk to others, you can seek new ideas that could help you acheive your goal faster or better. By coming up with new ideas, you could have a better turn out that yoy had pictured in your head. It could result into something better. It is okay to have communication when it comes to others because that way you could ask for help if needed. My advice to give though, is that when you do communcate and conversate with different people you will be listening to many opinions. It should be your decision, whether or not to listen to that specific person. Be careful when it comes to listening to those who do care, compared to those who are just toxic and do not want you to successed in life. 

7. The seed of Faith:

The seed of faith is important because you should be able to turn something negative into a better situation. By living a positive lifestyle, you could be develop healthy relationships within others and yourself. Faith is having a positive attitude when it comes to events that lead to negative outcomes. Every person is different, for example do you see the glass half empty or half full? The way you view things is quite important because that will determine if your relationships will last or not. Eventually some people could get tired of you, or the other way around. You may get tired of the person. Faith will have a huge impact on your future. You just have to believe. 

8. The seed of Adaptability:  

Quote: "Turning problems into opportunities"

The seed of adaptability is important because it means that you have skills that you would be able to use in order to get comfortable in any situation you may be put into. When going through tough situations throughout your life, you want to be able to talk to anothers in order to get back into your comfort zone. Simply because anywhere you go, it may be different because clearly it wont be your house. As a result being able to adapt to places youve never been is important to have throughout your life. 

9. The seed of Perseverance:

Quote: "The will to win is everything"

The seed of perseverance is important because it basically means that you have determination within the goals that you want to accomplish, and or acheive. perseverance is an important life skill to have because it will make it easier for you as a person to view your goals, and visualize the steps that are neccessary to take in order to have an end result. You are in charge of your life, which means that you have a say in everything that happens to you. Perseverance brings you success within your life.

Quote: "Happiness is the spiritual experience of living every minute with love, grace, and gratitude."

The seed of perspective is important because you should have the ability to view any situation with different opinions and ideas. Having different perspectives means that you are open minded and you take into consideration what others tell you. Perspective could be seeing something that you thought you saw, and developing new ideas and exploring your thoughts. By having this skill, it will make it easier to work with others that dont think like you.

Overall the ten seeds are important to incooperate into your life because it is a healthy lifestyle to live with. By having all ten seeds you will forsure create new friendships with others, or relationships with new people you never thought you would. By living by these seeds you will increase the positivity that is in your life, and all the ideas you have created for your goals would have been accomplished.
